The Service

Nothing for you to pay 1 - This is better than a "No Win No Fee" service. It is essentially a FREE service for victims of accidents - your solicitors claim all their costs from the person responsible for your accident ( in practice this is usually the Third Party's insurance company). This means that there are no costs to you - you are guaranteed to keep 100% of your compensation with nothing deducted.  

Nothing for you to pay 2 - Disbursements. You do not even have to pay for any disbursements (such as, medical and/or police reports, barrister fees, insurance fee etc). The solicitors have funding in place. 

Nothing for you to pay 3 - You do not have to pay, in the rare instant where a claim is unsuccessful.  No Fee, Win or Lose. This is a 100% peace of mind service.

Client's satisfaction - This is very important to us. You do not have to make up your mind to proceed with your claim until you have spoken with your solicitor and is happy with the advice given. Only then do you have to confirm your instructions for the solicitor to act for you.
